Agreed. The more retail/merchandise a facility has, the more chaotic the screen looks when trying to add something to the cart. With the "Favorite" products listed with the other products, things look very scrambled together. Or even having the screen categorize things into sub categories or drop down boxes to keep the screen looking nice and clean when trying to search for an item.

Custom roles is a must. Every box is different with how they run their staff, and should have the ability to adjust permissions that will enable them to continue to run their box effectively. A "Front Desk" staff member at my box probably does not have the same duties as a box down the road.
We are looking to add more customization to the auto-emails so you can build your own.
This feature would be very useful and time saving for us as well. When an athlete signs up at our box, we manually send out an email after their first week, first month, 2nd month, and 3rd month. Each email covering nutrition, the CrossFit Journal, just checking in, nutrition recipes, etc. This helps to keep us engaged with the newer athletes an also a way to spread out information over several emails instead of just sending one long one that will never get read all the way through.
