We are going to upgrade our social integrations in Wodify 3.0. That said, hard to say if it will be check ins, or easier to post to social with your performance entries.
We would love this! Check-ins are more of a driver on our Facebook page than people posting their workouts. There is a more and more negative reaction to the workout posting.
An updated Athlete app in 2017 will provide a better solution for this pain point.
This would be good. More and more of our people are missing the email, or it goes to a work email, etc.

We are planning to implement a few new features that will open up the software beyond CrossFit and Strength and Conditioning.
I think allowing for the flexibility would be nice. I have had comments from our clients that they would rather have the schedule first. For us, our WODs are put out on twitter as well as the other obvious places (website, FB) and our athletes use the app for scheduling and looking at their performances.

We are making updates to our classes in the next few months which will include this option when cancelling classes!
Very valuable idea. This existed in MindBody and it is something we miss. It is important that clients know that it isn't just a random closure.
We will build a task feature that allows admins/managers/coaches to create tasks for others with due dates, status, etc.
Currently you can assign athletes and leads to a coach using the ‘tag’ functionality.

We currently do have distinct access and permissions based on the role assigned to an athlete account. Whether or not someone is an Athlete, Admin, Coach, or Manager will determine what aspects of Wodify can be seen from within their account. I think there needs to be a lot more scalability withing the permissions in general. Not all coaches are the same and we are not going to want them to have access to the same items. There needs to be levels of permissions.
We will be updating our reservation feature. We are looking to have options for how you would like your reservations to work at your gym, including adding the first athlete on the waitlist to an open spot in class.
Do not go back to this system. This is how it was in MB and it never worked because of the way the flow of cancellations work, especially for early morning classes. The way it is now is perfect with the one exception of adding the ability of people getting a text message and replying to the text to get into class...but I bet that is somewhere in the wodify kitchen...
We’re happy to announce that this has been completed! While we still have some updates to make this option is currently available in the Athlete preview app and will continue to be available as additional options are added to the app.
This is a feature in MindBody and other apps out there and would be vital. Especially for Boxes like ours who are going FROM MB to WODIFY it feels like we are taking something away from our athletes.
We will be revamping the Coachboard. It will include additional detail about athletes. This is certainly a request we can add to the list when we begin to spec the updated coachboard out.
Display icon on Coachboard if it's the member's first sign-in that's purchased from the online sales portal. Once the online sales portal & online registration is released. It would be great to have some sort of indicator that it is an Athlete's first time at the box. So at quick glance the coaches and staff can see there is a new athlete.
