This is a great idea. We have a late cancellation/no show fees for those athletes that violate the policy. I still receive e-mails for clients stating that they didn't realize they were reserved for a class until they receive a no-show notification e-mail. I think this would minimize the issue of them not realizing they reserved a class. This happens frequently with the Wodify mobile app scheduling.

I am receiving numerous complaints regarding the wait list. Many athletes feel that the wait list is unfair. They feel that if they are #1 on the wait list then they should have priority over a person that is #2 or #3 on the wait list. Most have informed me that they do not understand why the wait list does not automatically place you in the class if a person cancels their spot.
From the business management side, I think there should at least be a limit to the number of individuals that can place themselves on the wait list. Example, no more than 3 individuals on the wait list at a time. Most membership management softwares have this feature to limit the number on the wait list.
