Completely agree Harif. We are working on personal services at the moment and experimenting with a service provider calendar, where each employee can view their schedule and create time off.
We will build a task feature that allows admins/managers/coaches to create tasks for others with due dates, status, etc.
Currently you can assign athletes and leads to a coach using the ‘tag’ functionality.
Unfortunately we do not have a date on this one yet. Still very focused on Personal Services, our new iOS app, re-doing WordPress and Mailchimp integrations, and the UI redesign.
I'm not sure on a quarter yet, but it's a top priority for us.
We are looking to add this functionality with the rebuild of our athlete apps!
This feature is coming later this year.
Android MAY be supported - down the line. iOS is coming first however.
We are looking to add more customization to the auto-emails so you can build your own.
Hi Brooks, unfortunately that is not an option at this time, but it is a good idea. Can you please add it as an idea?
Emails will come from 'you' very soon.
The 'Missing Athlete' auto email is live now! The email will not be sent to athletes on hold or suspension. We only send one email, but we could add others. I suggest adding 'missing athlete drip emails' as a new idea.
Hey Ian, it's still a little early for us. We're still in the design phase. We probably won't have anything for you to touch until April. Do you want to be part of our beta release?
This is currently available in our Athlete App preview! Keep an eye out for additional updates to the preview app in the next couple of months!
Yes, you will see this feature on Android. It should be released in April/May 2015.
We plan to begin implementing new Family specific features in 2017 that will address this idea.
Hey Dani, check out the following idea: http://help.wodify.com/forums/196773-ideas/suggestions/4478459-share-payment-info-amongst-family-members
We're doing that one soon.
Our team is currently in the midst of developing this to update our Mailchimp integration. Keep an eye out for a release in the new year!
Currently only ACTIVE and LOCATION are supported merge tags. We'll add more later this year.
We are looking to make big changes to the way athletes sign into classes via the Coachboard – so if you are running multiple classes and programs simultaneously it will automatically recognize the athlete’s defaults.
The status of the idea is the most up to date plan for all ideas. This one's planned for 2016.
We are going to solve some / all of the pain points here in one of three ways in 2017.
1. Native integration to Infusionsoft or something similar.
2. Zapier integration
3. Building the functionality natively. Stay tuned in 2017 for updates!
Hey Nick, we've looked into an integration. Big challenges are how do we make it easy to implement the power of Infusionsoft in an easy way for you to take advantage of it. Also Infusionsoft is not cheap - how many customers would actually purchase a license? Still a lot of uncertainty. I can say this is something we most likely will not do in 2015.
In a different way, we’ll potentially allow gyms like Invictus to opt into selling their programming to any athlete.
Hey Chad, that's actually a feature we include in this idea. You'll be able to follow other programming from other Wodify gyms.
We will be updating our reservation feature. We are looking to have options for how you would like your reservations to work at your gym, including adding the first athlete on the waitlist to an open spot in class.
Thanks for the feedback Max - very much appreciated. If everyone that joined a waitlist intended to join the class, wouldn't that suggest anyone with a reservation intends to attend the class? If that's the case, there is no use for a waitlist - everyone that reserves for a class would attend it. We both know that is not true!
The ultimate goal for gyms that need waitlists is to fill the class. We alert those on the waitlist that the class is available because they have expressed interest in the class. Since most cancellations occur just before class starts, having a 2nd confirmation from waitlist athletes almost guarantees the open slot will be filled. Just creating a reservation for the first athlete that added themselves to the waitlist does not accomplish the goal outlined above. That's why we designed the waitlist process as you see it today.
We'll just have to agree to disagree on the role of a software provider.
Thank you all for the feedback regarding this suggestion. We’ll be looking to revise the billing aspects of Wodify in the up and coming year to include a running tab. Be sure to be on the lookout for up and coming updates.
Ahh, got it. That is an existing idea that you can vote for here: http://help.wodify.com/forums/196773-ideas/suggestions/5325477-monthly-membership-having-the-ability-to-draw-off
Our competition software Wodify Arena is currently being developed and is scheduled to be available in October 2017!
Yes we will tie in waivers, scheduling, and ticket sales to the competition app.
We plan to allow each gym to post and upload their own videos and add to your library at some point in 2017.
Yes, you will be able to add categories your own videos.
Much of this can be accomplished with the built in Point of Sale and Self-Service Point of Sale. However we are looking to optimize this process further.
Phase 1 of retail is being released this weekend. You'll be able to swipe credit cards for members and non-members for any invoice in the system. You'll also be able to assign members store credit towards their account.
Phase 2 is our POS interface with inventory and product tracking. That will be released mid-January. We are also working on a Shopify integration that will allow you to sell your products on your website.
Thanks Jeff - Anaerobic will be a beta Retail/POS box. We are doing inventory. We will be reaching out in to get started and will definitely need your feedback!
We plan on creating a global-social interaction between Wodify accounts and this will most likely be an important component!
Thanks for submitting the idea. This is a good idea, one that would continue building a stronger community at the box. One concern though is security; some people do not want others to see certain information about them.
