Please add the ability for new athletes (not already members) who are purchasing an appointment through the Online Sales Portal to immediately book their appointment upon purchase/waiver completion.
At present they have to complete their purchase, check their emails, set a password, download the app, sign-in and then book an appointment through the My Appointments tab. Which to be honest isn't very intuitive.23 votes
Would like to add to calendar an alert that specifically goes to coaches and staff. For example, a message to say that Joe Smith is coming to the 9am class - this is his first class - he has a sore right knee.36 votes
In regards to booking appointments, will there be the ability to create recurring sessions for my regular clients?
Most personal training sessions I do are 2+ times per week. Currently I create a recurring class for them at the same time slots. I just check them into that class. For example if I have someone who does 5pm Mon, Wed and Friday I have to create individual sessions for each session and each week in the appointments.7 votes
I travel alot for work. It would be cool if as a current Wodify user at my home gym, my waiver could be universal. It would also be cool for me to login and access a workout for a box I select so I can make favorites when I am out of town and drop in and see the workout in advance. Basically, make me global in the system.2 votes
We use the Appointment functionality for personal training. Folks will buy a 12-pack, for example. We need a report that shows the # of appointments used, and # remaining. Identical report to "Athletes with Session Memberships" but for appointments. Critical to being able to track inventory of PT sessions paid for yet not yet used - and being able to predict renewals, etc. Thanks.1 vote
Integrate with Acuity Scheduling for Appointments, or build something comparable. Acuity scheduling sends email and text reminders coach and athlete leading up to the appointment so it is impossible to forget.4 votes
For this particular group of classes, I have labeled Moody, we can take 8 people. All 8 of them will be signing up as a drop in. Can I fix a setting so they can not sign up prior to 48 hours for those four classes each day?
Also, Can we please see all the Girl WOD's and Hero WOD's in a group so we can easily see how long it has been since they were done?1 vote
Being able to have opt in forms through out your website, that you can email separate company emails to notify you which form the reader filled out on a certain page.
Ex Reader fills out form for free workout email goes to email@example.com
reader fills out form on private training email goes to Privates@company.com
And every from filled out would all end up on wodify leads list for future contacts.
That or more pick list on the lead contact form may help with this.1 vote
