I'd like the opportunity to build-out many of the automated emails that I have created to send out to both prospects & current athletes. It is a very critical part of my daily connections with the outside world. Please allow me the ability to create as many automated emails.60 votes
We are looking to add more customization to the auto-emails so you can build your own.
You should have a "Save for Later" or "Save as Draft" feature for the email.
I can't tell you how much time I've lost on reconstructing emails because I stepped away for ideas, graphics, etc and Wodify reset, or the computer stalled, etc and the email was completely wiped clean!1 vote
This is currently available with conversations under communication > conversation but will be included in the improved email experience that will be released later this year.

The only way for a user to manage there sms preferences is from a computer. Can this functionality be transferred to the app?3 votes
We will be rebuilding our athlete app this year! The rebuild will include a redesign of user settings/preferences and we hope to give users more options from the app.
I would like to be able to educate my athletes by setting an auto res-ponder. being able to select any day from date of membership. Currently there are only 4 auto responder and the same boring anniversary emails able to be sent with active athletes. I would like to say on day 5 send how to get the most out of stretching day 12 how to do a deadlift day 43 kb swing variation video and so on1 vote
Drip campaigns like this are definitely a huge part of relationship management for athletes and lead. We are going to solve this sometime this year by building this functionality within Wodify or building an integration with Zapier or Infusionsoft. Keep an eye on our roadmap for updates.

Please allow us to SMS by program, similar to how the email functionality works. I realize it's cost prohibitive to SMS individual athletes, but sending to individual programs probably should be a big deal. I'll bet it actually leads to less messages being sent.4 votes
We are working on the ground work for this now.
I want a dashboard for all incoming and outgoing e-mails thru WODIFY as i currently have to fish around each athletes activity history in order to see if they have been sent anything.11 votes
This is something we are looking to add!
Members do not get an automated email when their session membership is approaching the expiration date.
Currently they only get an automated email when they have 1 session left. If the member never gets to the last session, they will never get a notification.
Please add the following functions:
- When approaching the expiration date, x days before.
- On expiration date.11 votes
Thanks for the feedback on this. We are looking to revamp our email feature and our automated emails in the near future. We will be sure to take a further look into this specific automated email when making those updates.
Would like to see email auto responder option within wodify or mail chimp integration with leads so that they can be marketed to without having to manually send them emails.10 votes
