Thank you for providing us with ideas. BEFORE creating a new idea, please search the forum. If the idea currently exists please vote for that idea rather than creating a new one.

We’ll regularly monitor new ideas and assign them an applicable status. Please understand that we may have to decline good ideas from time to time due to the the volume of ideas we get and our current product strategy. When we do assign a status to an idea please keep in mind that this is not a firm roadmap and all dates and statuses are subject to change. How can we build better software for you?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Please integrate Wodify with Hatchbuck or other CRMs

    We would like to be able to trigger emails and campaigns based off of missed visits, anniversaries and other key events to help retain our members and give them a better experience.

  4. Email, embedding an in-line video

    It would be nice to be able to embed an information video to an email vs adding a link.

  5. Allow member to opt in or out of sms messaging directly from the app under communication settings.

    The only way for a user to manage there sms preferences is from a computer. Can this functionality be transferred to the app?

  6. Custom Auto Responder needed please

    I would like to be able to educate my athletes by setting an auto res-ponder. being able to select any day from date of membership. Currently there are only 4 auto responder and the same boring anniversary emails able to be sent with active athletes. I would like to say on day 5 send how to get the most out of stretching day 12 how to do a deadlift day 43 kb swing variation video and so on

    Drip campaigns like this are definitely a huge part of relationship management for athletes and lead. We are going to solve this sometime this year by building this functionality within Wodify or building an integration with Zapier or Infusionsoft. Keep an eye on our roadmap for updates.

  7. Individual Anniversary Email for each anniversary.

    Individual "Anniversary Emails" - Every anniversary email can be different, not always the same text with different months. And most importantly, so that we can add different attachments, for example i would like to send out videos on movements, the longer they are at our box, then more complex movement goes with the congratulation mail.

  8. Multiple MailChimp accounts

    I have two locations operating through our Wodify account. I also have two separate MailChimp accounts for each location. The MailChimp integration is not very helpful to me as athletes from both locations are updated to whichever API key I choose to enter, whereas I would rather keep them separate. I'm not sure what the best way to go about solving this problem, perhaps being able to add multiple API keys and designate which location's athletes will be added to each? Thanks.

    We would likely solve this by expanding the attributes we send to MailChimp. This way you would be able to segment your list by location rather than need two separate MailChimp accounts. We’ll definitely keep this on our radar.

  9. Add info to drop in emails

    Add more information to the drop-in notification emails. In particular whether or not they have prepaid for the class and what gym they currently train at.

    We plan to make all of our automated emails more customizeable in the near term. I’m not quite sure if/when we’ll get this kind of info in there though. I’m marking this for out in the future so we don’t lose track of it though.

  10. Review Automated emails of when and who it was sent to

    We recently using the feature to send out an automated email to members that havent been in for a while. However, I dont see a place where "sent" emails are. So I dont know when or who an email has been sent to. We would like to see that so we can then take it a step further and reach out via phone call so it feels more personal because I am sure they realize its automated and may not feel as genuine, which is fine but thats why we want to add the personal touch.     We'd love to see a report for athletes who have rejected SMS, we'd like to be able to connect w/ those that have opted out to explain why we use it in hopes that they'll opt in. Currently w/ as many members a we have, we cannot check each individuals profile to see if they've opted in or not.

  12. More email options

    I want to be able to send automated emails before an athlete's first visit. The option to send after X number of visits is good but I want to send a PDF with a preview of their first Elements class and there is currently no trigger for this. Maybe right after they purchase a specific program or X hours/days before the first class they registered for.

  13. CC managers on auto-emails

    Certain automated emails when activated should have the option to include the manager in the chain. Yes if the client responds to that email it will go to the set admin email in place, but the manager doesn't know what emails and to whom Wodify is sending.

    Example: We want to be able to contact members that have not been into the box in, let's say, 7 days. Unless I run a report and sift through the very long list of athlete names to see how many weeks it has been since they have signed in, I wouldn't know who…

  14. without membership

    The ability to select Daily/Weekly/Monthly option to email the Admin/Manager who is an athlete without a membership. This is especially important for members who have pay-in-full contracts that are up and not month-to-month.

    Next year we will be looking to implement new rules and triggers into existing Wodify reports that could potentially email these reports to you. We’re not 100% sure of the solution for this at this point in time, but be on the lookout for future enhancements.

  15. SMS Individual Programs

    Please allow us to SMS by program, similar to how the email functionality works. I realize it's cost prohibitive to SMS individual athletes, but sending to individual programs probably should be a big deal. I'll bet it actually leads to less messages being sent.

  16. Membership due

    Can we add the ability to automatically send out notifications of Monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and yearly memberships that they are due for their payment "next week"

  17. Integrate Wodify into Outlook similar to MindBody

    My suggestion is to Integrate Wodify into Outlook so that it is available on the calendar and can be used to remind users of appointments and allow people to better plan their day. When you reserve a time for a class, a calendar invite can be synced with an existing Outlook account. Mindbody, a similar program was being used by my gym prior to switching to Wodify, has this function and it was awesome for personal scheduling.

  18. Reply-to address for automated email

    It would be beneficial for us, and I'm sure other gyms, to be able to assign different reply-to email addresses for different automated emails. For instance, the person in charge of financials would need to receive all of the replies from the "Missing payment info" email, while the person in charge of retention would need to receive the replies from the "missing athlete" email.

  19. Integrate e-mail or SMS reminders for Coaches into the calendar feature.

    Under Wodify > calendar allow admins/staff/coaches to 'subscribe' to notifications via e-mail or SMS for 1 day, 2 hours for a class or scheduled session.

  20. Dashboard for all incoming and outgoing e-mail including automated e-mails

    I want a dashboard for all incoming and outgoing e-mails thru WODIFY as i currently have to fish around each athletes activity history in order to see if they have been sent anything.
