How can we build better software for you?

We often run WODs that measure max power output

We often run WODs that measure max power output, total reps x weight lifted...over a fixed time period.....a great way to measure work capacity improvements!
This option would be very beneficial to have on performance tracking when setting the WODs up

I see this was "no"ed in Apr 24, 2014 and May 5, 2015 but its a really great idea as the key to crossfit as written by their creator and pushed on all there mediums is INTENSITY, or power.

by allowing an athlete to add body data and creating a database of movments, one could note power of a wod.

beyond the white board does it and there are a few calculators for it online

It would be nice to have this as a "measure" option for WODs. It should be a relatively simple combo of existing "measures" i.e. "time" x "weight" x ("reps" or "distance").
