It would be great of we could connect Wodify with Infusionsoft allowing leads to sync as opportunities and plug straight into the email marketing campaigns.
We are going to solve some / all of the pain points here in one of three ways in 2017.
1. Native integration to Infusionsoft or something similar.
2. Zapier integration
3. Building the functionality natively. Stay tuned in 2017 for updates!

Zapier would be perfect for integration into Active Campaign. While infusionsoft is perhaps the mind share leader, it's a marketplace that is ripe for disruption. Zapier will also help us with integration with other platforms like Xero for proper book keeping reconcilliation.
Anything that can facilitate integration with a platform of choice puts you in a better position. I'd prefer to see that, then see Wodify attempt to build their own, whereas cycles could be spent on a new mobile app, personal training and other core business flows.

I'd like to see Wodify offer the ability to integrate against a better cloud CRM/Mailing platform as a drop-in replacement/integration point for the current system.
Active Campaign (http://www.activecampaign.com/) is currently amazingly good as a CRM, sales funnel, and automation platform; all of which are mostly missing against Wodify list of items.
Being able to keep in sync data between Wodify and Active Campaign without manual data transference would make automations against memberships just work.
Here are two examples:
You make a sale either via self service or guided POS of protein powder for an athlete. Since it's 30 serves in a container, you can have the automation email your member (if they haven't already made a purchase to top up sooner) that they may want to consider a new container or try a different flavour. The athlete can interact with the email to generate an automation which could automatically bill them for a new container of protein or to have one put on hold for them when they are next in for cash sale, or to be removed from the promotion.
A new member is always the hardest to retain, with usual drop offs at ~3 months. Keeping the member fed with regular automated blog posts, youtube links, and more welcome-pack style information. Drip feeding of information over time is proven to be much more useful than handing over a 30 page welcome booklet which does not get read. Additionally would allow for automations and work to be done for special programs.
Without such integration, Active Campaign can email you of work to do in alternative systems, but anyone that has worked in enterprise will know that email is not a workflow tool.

Highly recommend adding this - adds move value to the solution
I agree with the Zapier service recommendation. The ability to enroll new leads into campaigns would be super helpful.

Hi we use active campaign after moving from infusionsoft (too expensive) This works great and a Zapier service would help a great deal both for active campaign and infusionsoft i think-
Yes this would be hugely helpful, if you were able to expose an API so a service like Zapier could do the integration then you don't have to worry about doing an integration specifically with Infusionsoft either.

Sean, we use Infusionsoft extensively for our business in management and follow up for our clients and our marketing campaigns. If Infusionsoft and Wodify talked in a way that allows,
-New Athletes information to be entered in modify to be added as a contact into Infusionsoft
-A selection for the Infusionsoft tag(s) to be applied
This might be a webform integration or a full integration but it would allow everyone who is using Infusionsoft and Wodify to streamline their business (preventing double entry of data and tagging) and focus more on their athletes and their experience.
Yes Please - we use infusionsoft for a heap of marketing and have to double up on data entry

Hey Nick, we've looked into an integration. Big challenges are how do we make it easy to implement the power of Infusionsoft in an easy way for you to take advantage of it. Also Infusionsoft is not cheap - how many customers would actually purchase a license? Still a lot of uncertainty. I can say this is something we most likely will not do in 2015.
Sean any update? I know a lot of gyms involved in the Faction Blueprint are on Infusionsoft.
Sean, We currently use if for prospect to client conversion to drive them to a consult and then become a member. The big issue there is the required double entry when we do convert them.
We also run nurture campaign for our current clients dependent upon how long there membership is!
And anytime we do any type of contest, promotion, event it is all tracked and run through IS.
This would be awesome!
