3 Changes To Appointments For A Better/Faster User Experience
Some feedback for the appointments section since using the BETA version so far.
1. Being able to call and/or email directly from the booking (currently the only option is to email them - however if you need to call/text them you need to go out of appointments and into their profile which takes extra time).
2. Ability to keep the appointment exactly the same (ie same client) however just change the day/time of the appointment (currently you have to cancel them altogether and then rebook them at another time, which again takes extra time that seems unnecessary).
3. When cancelling an appointment it STILL charges the client. This doesn't make much sense.
