Retention and Team Checklist
As an affiliate owner it's hard to track on who has been contacted, from low usage, a congratulations to members that are doing above and beyond things in the gym, to keeping the team on the same page about how members are going wihout having a meeting in the same room.
Was wondering if you guys could put a weekly/monthly checklist for retention and mainly just so staff have a better understanding on who has been contacted, who's new, who has left and who is due to come back after holidays or illness. It would make life so much easier for our team and to keep the flow of our community even better.
1. On the "Athletes" tab you can click on their names
2. "Bulk Action" should have a checklist button, so all the athletes that were selected goes to the weekly checklist to be contacted. From their each coach/staff member can allocate who will contact who.
