Thank you for providing us with ideas. BEFORE creating a new idea, please search the forum. If the idea currently exists please vote for that idea rather than creating a new one.

We’ll regularly monitor new ideas and assign them an applicable status. Please understand that we may have to decline good ideas from time to time due to the the volume of ideas we get and our current product strategy. When we do assign a status to an idea please keep in mind that this is not a firm roadmap and all dates and statuses are subject to change. How can we build better software for you?

  1. Injury Information on Coachboard

    We have a lot of members that walk in with injuries and post operations etc etc.

    It would be a great feature if you could on the coach board when a athlete is signed in display a little red cross and when you hover over it it displays the injury so all the coaches can know about it and coach properly...

    This could be set up on the profile section...

    We agree there could be more useful information on the CB. Things like injury notifications and some indication that the member is new, etc. We also want to put this in a coach specific app in 2017.

  2. Recurring Appointments

    In regards to booking appointments, will there be the ability to create recurring sessions for my regular clients?

    Most personal training sessions I do are 2+ times per week. Currently I create a recurring class for them at the same time slots. I just check them into that class. For example if I have someone who does 5pm Mon, Wed and Friday I have to create individual sessions for each session and each week in the appointments.

  3. Language Spanish

    I'd had in mind the large Spanish-speaking population (518 million, just behind the Chinese mandarin and English) and that they can translate menus so that athletes such as limited English proficiency can be handled with your system.

  4. Coachboard please!

    As an owner I want to be able to see the coaches board without having to log into wodify from my laptop. Thus far that is the only thing I see missing from this app. I work another job during the day and want to see who has come in for each class.

    Thanks for the feedback. We are planning on building a coach specific app which would allow you to pull up the coachboard from your mobile phone as needed.

  5. Add total check-ins to attendance report

    Add a date filter to the "Athletes Last Attendance" report. This would allow to see total classes attended in a date range.

    This would be great for gyms with recognition for a "committed club".

    We will have a completely overhauled Athlete app out in 2017 that will address all of these pain point.

    We will also be deploying performance updates for the remainder of 2016 that will prove to cut down on latency in the app.

  7. "My Classes" at a glance

    kind of "My Reservations" or "My Classes" page / section where you could see at a glance all the upcoming classes for which you have a reservation or are waitlisted

    We will be working on a brand new athlete app next year, which should include the ability for athletes to see all reservations at a glance. In the meantime, your athletes can view this information by logging into Wodify on their mobile app and clicking into ‘Attendance’ within their profile.

  8. Free trial sign-in on Kiosk

    The kiosk should have another button like the drop-in (maybe even the same one) where you can quick add (name, email, phone number) a walk-in to the free trial and start on the spot instead of going over to the admin side and fill out all the info, mostly when the kiosk is being used.

  9. Build your own Automated Emails

    I'd like the opportunity to build-out many of the automated emails that I have created to send out to both prospects & current athletes. It is a very critical part of my daily connections with the outside world. Please allow me the ability to create as many automated emails.

  10. Allow for open classes to have a different deadline for reservations and still be able to cancel classes.

    Give people a time limit to reserve their place in a class. If no one books in cancel the class at your set deadline. However once the class is open (eg one person reserves a place) that deadline prevents others from reserving a place. So at the moment once the window has past others cannot reserve their space.

    I have the problem where evening classes I'm happy to cancel if no one reserves a place 24 hours prior but athletes might find their schedule frees up a few hours before the class and only 1 or 2 people are booked…

    Show who's attending classes in mobile view. I do most of the wodify on my mobile device and would like to see who is going to be in the class I'm attending

  12. Better interface for gym's that offer more than just CrossFit

    Hi!

    It would be great if Wodify and then mostly the app was more "fitted" for other classes. We have MMA, Muay Thai, Yoga and more classes at our gym and i think alot of wodify users have it also.

    The first thing people see in the app now is the daily wod. After that when they choose "schedule" they se only the CrossFit-program. I think it would be better if Schedule was the first thing in the app to appear and then when they choose schedule it would show all programs.

  13. Have "All Programs be an option in the profile on the mobile app instead of one type of class.

    Right now when you choose class schedule, you manually have to bring up all programs. The default is the one you choose in your profile, but all programs is not an option, just the different types of classes at your gym.

  14. Related Lifts

    Choose related weightlifting movement for athlete reference on the coach board. Sometimes we ask athletes to work at a percentage of one lift in reference to another. i.e. "use 70% of your squat ****** for these ****** pulls." If Wodify could allow that pop up info on the coach board it would be a little easier.

  16. Ability to Add Multiple Weightlifting Sets At Once

    The ability to add, for example, 5 sets of 5 Back Squats at once instead of every set individually would save us an immense amount of time when entering weightlifting WODs.

    A drop town or text box such as:

    Back Squat ___ Sets of ___
    OR
    Back Squat ___ Sets of ___ (checkbox for varying reps), then ___, ___, etc.

  17. Options for scaled WODS

    A check box for Rx, scaled 1, and scaled 2. If for example I program "grace" I want everyone to feel included. This would help! Rx:135, Scaled 1:115, Scaled 2: 95. This would be much more convenient than an Rx+

    We will definitely look to address the concept of differentiating between scaling options rather than just an overall ‘scaled’. Unfortunately for many workouts there are multiple variations for scaling each movement (ie instead of pullups they did ring rows, or used a green band, or a red band, etc)… or they did the pullups Rx and scaled the weight or movement.

    Ultimately for many workouts it adds more complexity for the athletes. That being said, we are making changes to the performance tracking side in the near future and they may touch on this topic.

  18. More financial information on the dashboard, ex. Average client value, contracts expiring this month, average merch sales/athlete

    The dashboard is my day to day glimpse on how the affilate is doing. I'd like to see more financial information added to the options in seeting up your custom dashboard.

  19. Allow me to subscribe to my reserved classes with a calendar app

    My current workflow is to reserve my spot in a class, then go to my calendar app and enter it there as well. This is super annoying. It would be great to have an ical url that I can subscribe to from my calendar of choice so that reserving a spot in the class adds it to my calendar.

    We’re happy to announce that this has been completed! While we still have some updates to make this option is currently available in the Athlete preview app and will continue to be available as additional options are added to the app.

  20. For non-RX WODs, the RX button should be disabled

    for WOD results being recorded.

    all the coach to disable the RX button for WODS that can't be RX'd.
    for example:
    Rowing time,distance
    Max PR weightlifting attempts
    running
    AMRAPS (with no RX recommendation)
