I would love to be able to click on leads or even just from the list of new waivers filled out, and send one email to all of them at the same time that is specific to the day they visited. Thanks!1 vote
Add more information to the drop-in notification emails. In particular whether or not they have prepaid for the class and what gym they currently train at.1 vote
We plan to make all of our automated emails more customizeable in the near term. I’m not quite sure if/when we’ll get this kind of info in there though. I’m marking this for out in the future so we don’t lose track of it though.
We recently using the feature to send out an automated email to members that havent been in for a while. However, I dont see a place where "sent" emails are. So I dont know when or who an email has been sent to. We would like to see that so we can then take it a step further and reach out via phone call so it feels more personal because I am sure they realize its automated and may not feel as genuine, which is fine but thats why we want to add the personal touch. Having a place to see these emails would be helpful

I have two locations operating through our Wodify account. I also have two separate MailChimp accounts for each location. The MailChimp integration is not very helpful to me as athletes from both locations are updated to whichever API key I choose to enter, whereas I would rather keep them separate. I'm not sure what the best way to go about solving this problem, perhaps being able to add multiple API keys and designate which location's athletes will be added to each? Thanks.1 vote
We would likely solve this by expanding the attributes we send to MailChimp. This way you would be able to segment your list by location rather than need two separate MailChimp accounts. We’ll definitely keep this on our radar.
One concept I had no ideas didn't exist when switching to Wodify was the ability for email reminders to coaches in relation to member details.
These were an important feature of my Zen Planner work flow for Birthdays (we do a personal shout out for everyone) and 3 monthly membership notifications (to improve retention) amongst others.
Ultimately it is a key part of my retention scheme. Checking the dashboard on a daily basis is just another task added to my daily list which is far from an efficient use of my time.

Next year we will be looking to implement new rules and triggers into existing Wodify reports. This update may allow you to enable options to email specific reports to your email inbox.

I'd like to be able to add a message with a bulk email. For example, when I want to remind people that they need to fill out a waiver, it would be nice to be able to preface it with "Just a friendly reminder that we still need you to sign your waiver!"
