If athletes can sign their waivers on their phones with the app, why can't they sign their contracts the same way? Right now there are two options:
1) Clicking on the link from an email (which often gets sent to their spam)
2) Having someone with admin rights open the contract so they can sign it.
It would be helpful to allow athletes to pull up their contracts and sign them on their phones.4 votes
The ability to have a membership contract 'update' sent to members where they can initial just the change that was made to their contract.
Currently, if I make any change whatsoever, they have to go through the entire process of intialing beside all the terms in the contract. It's just time consuming and people tend to ignore it after they've had to do it once or twice.
Sometimes someone has an extra program added to their membership. A simple email with a "this program was added or removed to or from your membership, etc... Please initial here and click submit.1 vote
Much like the [initals] short code, I think it would be useful to add a [date] short code that would reference the current date.
This would be helpful in contracts and waivers. For example, my agreements have a Term section. Here is the example of where you could place the [date] short code:
The Term of this Agreement is month to month beginning on ______[date]_______________ and will remain in full force and effect until ...
It would reflect the date that the agreement/waiver is signed by the Member.

The signature could be updated to generate a signature template based on the athlete's entered name. Right now the signature's are basically illegible because as soon as the athlete starts signing it looks nothing like their signature and most times you cannot make out letters much less their name. Could it be changed to auto generate a signature similar to what's used in "docusign" or other applications?1 vote
